The service allows you to chat with us via Live Messenger (you don’t need a Live Messenger account) and by simply clicking on a link our site, you can enable us to take control of your computer. This is totally secure and once you end the session, the small program that is downloaded to your machine is removed.
Payment is taken via PayPal and is charged at £15 including VAT for each 15 minutes (Minimum charge is £15). We only charge for the time we are actually working on your system which does not include us waiting for scans to complete or things to download. Something that looks like it is taking an hour often only takes us a few minutes of actual time. We will keep you informed through the whole process of the potential cost.
