In the office or out on the road, if a member of your team develops a problem and they are able to connect to the internet, we can help with any IT related problem. You don’t have to wait for an engineer to drive miles, you don’t have to hunt down a company who can respond.

This may all sound a bit ‘big brother’, people taking control of your computers. Be rest assured, the service we offer is secure (SSL encrypted tunnel) and the connection between our offices and your system is requested on an ad-hoc basis by yourselves. We cannot connect without your permission. The ONLY exception to this is if you want us to act to administer unattended systems such as servers, where once again we use a completely secure method of connection.

Our remote support service is provided on a subscription basis. Companies who sign up to the service will be provided with a login to the client area of our web site where you can connect to our live support service.
