Do you have broadband and live in or around Taunton?

During March 2009, BT upgraded the Taunton telephone exchange to their new 21CN (fully digital) network. As a result of this, broadband connections have also been migrated to the new network. Since this migration we have been become aware of a number of customers connecting via different ISPs who are experiencing instabilities on their connections to the point where they have become close to unusable. Despite line tests via ISPs and BT engineer visits, no fault can be found on any of the connections.

Call us cynical, but this seems to be more than just coincidence.
