We are proud to announce the launch of our new Advanced System Monitoring service.

We are quite excited about this, as it allows us to perform the majority of the routine IT management tasks remotely from our offices without even logging on to your systems on a day to day to day basis. The remote monitoring system actively monitors your servers and workstations, automatically informing us of any potential problems. It also advises if backups are successful, antivirus software and security patches are up to date.

It will free up your staff to do the job they are actually employed to do and also reduce support response times. We are usually notified of a potential problem before your users even notice there is something wrong.
